Supported Browsers
- Internet Explorer/Windows - It is recommended that you are at least on version 5.0. To check your IE version, open Internet Explorer and click on Help, About Internet Explorer.
Your version number will be listed below the Microsoft logo. If your version is lower than 5.0, please visit the following web site to download the latest version at www.microsoft.com.
- Internet Explorer/Mac - You must be at least on Internet Explorer version 5.0 and on OS 7.5 and above.
- Mozilla FireFox - You will be able to access the site with 1.0 or higher and some updates to your Options.
Recommended Settings for Internet Explorer
In order to avoid technical difficulties, set your Internet Options to accept cookies from our web site.
- Open your Browser
- Click on Tools
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on the tab that says Privacy
- At the bottom of the Privacy window, click on the button that says Edit under the topic "web sites" (to override cookie handling for individual Web sites, click the Edit button).
- In the Address of Web site text box, enter "https://eservices.aegonins.com/ext_site/erecruitframe.html"
- Click on Allow
- Click on OK to accept your changes
- Click on OK to close the Internet Options window
- Close your browser
You are now ready to re-open your browser and enter the site.
Note: If you do not have a Privacy tab listed in your Internet Options, you need to go to www.microsoft.com for the latest Windows update.
Recommended Settings for Mozilla FireFox 1.0
In order to avoid technical difficulties, set your Options to accept cookies from our web site.

- Click on the Privacy icon then select expand Cookies Options
- Click on the check box - Allow sites to set cookies
If you continue to experience troubles, check under the Exceptions next to Allow sites to set cookies. You may allow or block certain sites to use cookies. Make sure you are not blocking aegonins.com or Transamerica.com.
